Best Practice provided a great experience from the first meeting with setting out what the scope was about, understanding the nature of our business operations and the complexity of the scale of the business across 40 Countries. Meetings were structured and to the point with no wasted time and clear goals and direction on how long and what needed to occur. Prep work was simple and smooth. No surprises to the scale of the audit and the direction the auditors went. Audit questions went deep and realistic, the audit was focused and did not go off scope or on tangents. Auditors experience in investigation of the business process gave me comfort that the business was well versed and strong auditors in their field. The Audit days went fast as it felt like collaboration to the assessment, questions and observations on what was identified that needed further fine tuning were not statements or methods on how to improve but conversations leading back to the business on how to discover solutions to improve. Highly recommend Best Practice one of the few audit business I have engaged over time where there has been clarity through out the entire process.

What seemed like a daunting task proved to be a very positive experience. Roger Swift was very helpful and put us at ease. Roger certified us for ISO45001 and Melanie completed our annual surveillance for ISO9001. We switched to Best Practice as our previous auditors of our 9001 surveillance were very rigid and did not offer the personal touch like Best Practice. They have a simple fresh approach and achieve whats required with lots of knowledge to get the best out of our business.

Initially, certification seemed daunting to us. We were grateful for the guidance and expertise provided by Niko from Best Practice during the auditing process. The way he approached us was extremely supportive, and he seemed genuinely committed to helping us succeed. As a result of their suggestions, we were able to further strengthen our system.
